+ We had two nights of wonderful stay with my family of 4. It is clean and spacious with kitchen we can cook. The breakfast in the hotel was fantastic.

+ Everything was excellent. The room surprisingly was a disabled persons room. Really bad view. Yet they were kind at repeption ans were kind to give me a free parking. Much appreciation. Overall excellent.

+ The hotel is spacious and comfortable. Very nice staff. The location is convenient, right between East and West train station. But we didn't see air conditioner in the room, this could be an issue if you really need cool temperature.

+ The only problem was we did not have air conditioning so we could not sleep at all It was frying temp I should not have to pay at all I paid lots of money for 3 nights and no sleep

Worst hotel customer service! + Do not stay here if you are looking for basic kindness and respect. Accomodations are spacious, location is close to many things. Breakfast was very poor quality and few options available. For the price, do yourself a favor and choose another location. Staff is incredibly abrasive, non welcoming and plain disinterested. There is no AC so be advised if considering during summer months.

Nice stay + I noticed from the reviews and also during my stay at the hotel that there are a lot of Muslim guests. I hope the hotel provides some simple facilities for them, such as placing a bidet next to the toilet, and also providing halal food in the restaurant. I believe that this will benefit the hotel as well.

Excellent location + The resort is just a 15 minute walk from the train station and situated in front of the park with a great view of the mountains. The room was clean and staff were accommodating. My family wouldn’t mind staying here again.

+ The property is in the middle of the two train stations in Interlaken making it very convenient to go anywhere in any direction. Every place was within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was excellent. Everyone spoke english and no communication barrier. Included breakfast was very good. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very delicious. I didn't get to use the pool nor the sauna due to lack of time but it was great that option was available. Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic! + Most comfortable! The central location and the stunning view is unforgettable! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! Breakfast needs to be bit improved on but the apartment facing the street is awesome… the kitchen is well equipped! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to be back!

Hapimag Resort, Interlaken + Hapimag Resort, Interlaken is located along the main thoroughfare. Walking distance from the train station. The room is very spacious. Dining places and shops are all within the vicinity. The balcony in our room is facing the mountains and the Paragliding landing area.

Worth seeing Interlaken + I was a very good expreince for me and my wife. I strongly advise people who wants both entertainment and skiing together.

Spacious Family Stay with Incredible Views + We stayed at Hapimag Resort Interlaken as a family of five and it worked out really well for us. The room was surprisingly large, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out—something that definitely made the stay more comfortable after long days out. The location was super convenient, especially being between the two train stations. We were able to get around easily and also walk to restaurants and shops without any hassle. The views from the room were a great bonus—waking up to the mountains never really got old. All in all, this was a really solid option for a family stay in Interlaken. We’d definitely consider staying here again.
