Good location and nice rooms + Great location, very comfortable and modern rooms if a little small. Nice breakfast, not a huge range but still sufficient. The hotel offers drinking water in the lobby, is well situated close to the Luzern train station and within easy walking distance of several great restaurants.

BEST Lucerne Hotel + The Ameron in Lucerne has the best location. You are a block away from the train station and 2 doors down is the covered bridge. You are literally right in the middle of everything. We booked our day trip to Mt Rigi right at the front desk. Their entire staff is awesome and the cleanliness throughout is impecable. Their restaurant serves a great full breakfast or coffee and croissant for light breakfast eaters. We had dinner and throughly enjoyed the large portions and quality. There are loads of local take away options as well. We had a balcony room which gave us plenty of space to unpack and unwind. I can't say enough great things about the Ameron Lucerne, I glad I chose to stay there and would go back to them in a heartbeat.

Modern hotel in great location. + The location is excellent as it is reasonably close to the train station and a short walk to town. The air con was good and it had a fridge and coffee maker. We did not have breakfast there but were given a great recommendation just a short walk away. The shower was good ans the TV was huge and had some English channels. The staff were very friendly. The lift was a good size and quick. The bed was comfortable and the duvet wasn't too heavy. − There was only one small windows so room was a little dark. The cups with the coffee maker were very small but we asked for larger ones to make a cup of tea. There is no USB port but we were given an adaptor so were able to charge our phones. The room was quite small but this wasn't a major problem for us as we didn't have too much luggage.

Great spot, green hotel, lovely and helpful staff + Location is great - quick walk to the train station and to old town. Staff were so helpful and accomodating. Room and facilities was everything we needed!

Great location and modern property + Completely remodeled, very modern stylish rooms. The beds were quite hard however I was able to get a mattress pad which solved the problem. The location is fantastic a two minute walk to the train station.

Ожидания не оправданы + Прекрасное расположение. Отель достаточно современный и чистый. В лобби есть кран для наполнения холодной воды/соды. Вид во внутренний двор, достаточно тихий. − Очень маленький номер и кровать. Кондиционирование практически не работает. На завтраке яичница была жутко пересолена, в принципе не понимаю, зачем солить яйца, ведь каждый может посолить по вкусу. В ванной комнате в раковине был засор и вода очень плохо уходила. При такой стоимости ожидания были гораздо выше.
