Best hotel in Winnipeg-best staff + The Delta Hotel is the perfect example of Winnipeg class. The lobby, restaurant, and rooms are clean. Fresh lemon water is available to guest, valet service is efficient and polite. The concierge was extremely helpful in finding the best breakfast and ice cream in town. The morning I left I went to the restaurant for a take away coffee and the manager bought it for me! She was beyond professional and courteous. Thank you Delta. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Poor housekeeping + An average hotel - nothing special- with a worse than average experience with respect to housekeeping. Rooms often not cleaned in a timely manner and often had to request basic room cleaning services. Borderline pathetic

Great Location + Two night stay with friends during a road trip to Winnipeg. Location was great as it was central to most activities on our list. The hotel is older but generally still in good condition. Carpets are nearing end of life, but most other guestroom items felt somewhat updated and functional. We really liked the heated floors in our bathroom and the balcony!! We didn't have the opportunity to eat on property, but cold brew from the coffee shop in the lobby was good. This isn't the most luxurious or newest property, but it was a solid stay and we would return if coming back to Winnipeg.

You need to tell your staff to not just walk into hotel rooms because one of them walked in on my boyfriend and I and my + Pools , close to Canada life center − You have me a room on the 4th floor and I requested higher with a pool view which I also didn’t get .

Turned outalright + Breakfast was great. Very nice staff − We requested cha beg of room the first night. My husband devs allergy from dirty carpet, No water bottles given. Night manager moved us immediately to much better room, better service.

Fair price Hotel for downtown Winnipeg. + I felt welcomed with how warm and friendly Kristin was. I believe she is restaurant manager. Emily who was bartending was awesome. The food and service at both restaurants was great! − The carpet in my room looked like it needs replaced and the cleaning smell was overwhelming.
