Disappointed that I didn’t get my money’s worth! + Location was great. Food was great except I thought that it was included in the price of the hotel room. Staff were great! − Pillows were horrible, did not get a good nights sleep! Pool was okay but with no bathroom facilities. The barn door to the bathroom was horrible! Little to no privacy. Put the door back on the bathroom!

Beyond excellent, quiet despite the renovations being done + Location, staff was very attentive and extremely accommodating − Maybe the carts could be a bit bigger for hauling luggage?

+ Chambre propre, lit confortable , walk-in , Hôtel bien situé à proximité des Outlets. − Restaurant était fermé à cause des rénovations et ce n'était pas indiqué sur leur site lors de notre réservation et comme nous avions fait une longue route nous avons dû ressortir pour aller souper.

Great location with good restaurants near by. + Great stay, everything was very good. Only complaint is that the wall are a bit thin and you can hear the bathroom from the next room. Other than that - things were very good.

This is our second stay at the hotel and we like the place but there are things that could be improv + Good location for our trip purpose. Good service in the hotel, excellent staff. − Renovations are now underway in the lobby area and some rooms, as a result the breakfast buffet has been discontinued (hopefully will return) and the restaurant has been modified. We were unhappy with the mirror lighting in the bathroom as it not good for shaving or makeup application. The current lighting system seems to be focused on appearance and not functionality.

+ Great location. Friendly staff. Free shuttle service to the airport. Lots of restaurant choices around the hotel. Some upgrading going on in the hotel but it wasn’t in the way or noisy.

Great except for charge discrepancy and no it wasn't the 100 dollar damage deposit + Big room − Booked online price didn't jive with price charged

+ Very comfy beds, friendly staff, super clean rooms − AC would turn on blasting cold air, then the room would get hot, before blasting the cold air again. Had the thermostat set to 20 and it felt like the room would fluctuate 18-24. Not a huge deal! Probably could have fixed it myself playing with the thermostat

− provided moisturiser was self tanning. This was not advertised as such. I was scrubbing orange off my skin for days afterwards.
