Beautiful location on the lake. + Great location. Go ride the 23 − They should update their pool and facilities. That said, most people probably come for the lake.

Overall good experience. Mattresses need upgrading + Beautiful hotel. Mattresses are SUPER soft (too soft in my opinion), don’t provide much support. The lake view rooms are nice but the balcony’s could be cleaned/swept off more regularly. Lots of bugs/spiders and spider webs that could be wiped off regularly.

Nice + The bed and pillows were excellent − Kids in the pool and hot tube till closing. We had about 15 min of quiet till they closed. It would be nice to have an adults only time.

Very good place to stay in Nelson. + Nice hotel in a wonderful location. The staff was friendly. A nice perk was to have E-bikes provided by the hotel for free. − Water pressure was low. Food preparation at the hotel restaurant was extremely slow.

+ We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location right by the lake is beautiful, the restaurant downstairs is excellent, and having a café on-site was very convenient. The pool was perfect for keeping the kids entertained during downtime, and the gym was also very well equipped. The rooms were clean, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. − The only downside was the room allocation. We booked two rooms — one with two double beds and one family room, for which we paid more. Surprisingly, the more expensive family room faced the parking lot, while the cheaper room had a beautiful lake view. We tried to understand why, but didn’t really get a clear answer. That said, it didn’t negatively affect our overall experience. We had a great stay and would definitely come back in the future.

I liked it there, but not sure i would go back. + The Location and the staff were great. The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable. − The carpets were in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. There were stains on the carpet and on the walls. It is starting to get a little run down. We were also given a room on the ground level which was great except for the fact that we were surrounded by dogs in the rooms opposite us and beside us. We were woken every night at 1:00 am by a barking dog. This is not acceptable given the cost of the rooms.

The group of people with the 3 flags SCMA ride were rude, they were even rude to some of the waiters and waitresses, we + The location is awesome, we love coming there. − The wait staff in the restaurant are very polite but the wait times were long for service.
