Lovely + Tons of lovely amenities − It was expensive and a number of extra costs (parking, pet fee, destination fee, etc)

+ Very spacious room, all the property was well taken care of and great facilities. Very conveniently located in Whistler Creekside. − The daily cleaning service was very poor. Some days no one showed up, and in others the cleaning was barely noticeable. The beds were not made, the kitchenware was not washed. Everything else was perfect, this should definitely be improved.

Amazing stay at evolution Whistler + Location, bus stop in front. Supermarket and other shops 5min by foot amenities are great like pool, steam bath, sauna and fitness apartments are nice and clean parking not too expensive − 2 little things could be improved: 1. the inside sun blinds are not 100% occulting, so you get waken up early by the daylight 2. privacy on terraces could be improved

+ Room layout was good with 2 master bedrooms and 2 ensuite baths − Our room was located next to the gym and outdoor sundeck which looked directly into one of the bedrooms and living room so the blinds had to be closed the whole time. I didn't like the two-way fire place so you could see into one of the bedrooms from the living room. We were also located next to the maids room so you could hear a washing machine running all day from one of the bathrooms.

We had a very nice stay, everything was wonderful. + a beautiful property throughout − There was no cooling in the bedrooms at night with doors closed. The AC is in the main living area only.

Average, poor to no service. − One tea bag. Told it's up to me to get more. Four people were booked in. No milk. The walls and carpet are a bit outdated. It's very brown that comes across as dark and dinghy. Four people were booked in, and they did not make up the sofa bed and told to do it ourselves. I said okay, but I wasn't impressed, and I got no reassurance, and they just said okay. The pull out couch was uncomfortable, and I was under the impression it was a two bed room, not just a couch. They just didn't seem to care. They wouldn't take a debit card, so we had to get cash out for the bond for $500 with a $20 international fee.
