Great hotel + This is the best hotel I've been in, the room was perfect, staff was nice, helped with any requests. The room was amazing! They also have BBQ on the balcony! The hot tub is an additional entertainment! We would definitely come back again!

Definitely worth the stay, right on the strip of Canmore, easier to get to the highway, great staff! + I loved how I could see the Mountains even when having a room toward the hotel view. − There was no pool and the hallway to my room only had lanterns on the doors. I looked dark and scary when it should look more homey.

It was amazing overall + Clean, great − I didn’t like that the sofa bed was not made, but I think that is standard procedure (?) Same, I would have put three bath ropes if three people were staying

Stayed with another couple. We loved that we both had our own bathroom. Beds were comfortable and nice to have a whole a + Close to Banff, comfortable beds, bbq on the balcony. − No pool.

View and kindness + I admired the very comfortable bedding and the rooms that are managed every day. The staff was kind and close to Canmore Downtown and Banff. I'll come again next time.

+ L'établissement est propre et confortable. − Quelle idée de laisser une veilleuse de faux feu de bois allumée pendant l'été ? ?? Heureusement, la climatisation peux fonctionner pour refroidir aussi la chaleur émise par ce foyer... Dommage, mais pas très grave .
