Dissapointing + I really liked the location, as it was conveniently close to the airport. The beds were also very comfortable, making our stay pleasant and relaxing. − The location was conveniently close to the airport, and the beds were comfortable. However, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I booked accommodation for six people, yet the staff initially provided only two breakfast vouchers. This was the first time I have encountered a property offering so few vouchers for the number of guests booked. Only after the staff noticed that I had two children did they provide two additional vouchers, which felt inadequate and uncomfortable. Even worse, I was charged $25 for parking, despite this fee not being disclosed anywhere in the reservation. These unexpected charges and unclear policies are unacceptable. The property should be transparent about all fees and inclusions before guests arrive instead of surprising them at check-in. I strongly recommend reviewing these…
