+ The location and the house keeping was really nice. − We were charged extra for the breakfast and the parking. When we made the selection it was mentioned that breakfast and parking is included.

Very interesting and enjoyable + The hotel facilities were top-notch and very comfortable, with all amenities provided. I will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ontario, Canada. I was super excited and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. − I didn't like that the hotel didn't have a porter to help with luggage for visiting customers. This would improve the hotel's rating if it were available. The breakfast at the restaurant didn't have enough variety in its buffet selections.

Tranquille, pratique, propre, hôtel bien situé, déjeuner inclus..bon service merciii + A mon arrivé vers 22h on nous a remis notre chambre au 14eme étage...la chambre était déjà occupé🙄😕 retour au front desket...oups des excuses..remis autre chambre au 11eme étage..ok les lits A1 confo..propreté également...pas un hôtel neuf..Mais toute est ok...déjeuné inclus nous avons choisi...c'étais ok

Very nice + Nice location. Good room. Comfortable bed. − Very average breakfast. Nothing special. Coffee was plain and if we needed any cappuccino we had to pay more than a speciality coffee place.
