Enjoyed the clean room, breakfast and shuttle to the airport. + The hotel is close to sky train and aldo provides an airport shuttle making it an easy stop travelling back from YVR.

Ottimo per prendere l'aereo il giorno dopo + Ottimo il servizio navetta gratuito, personale gentile, letti comodi, l'unico problema era il rumore dei generatori (presumo del condizionatore) che si sentiva tantissimo di notte. Colazione inclusa un bel plus per poi andare in aereoporto già sazi :)

Ok but need a big shuttle bus + Close to Airport − We have an early morning fight but their airport shuttle is full. We had to get up at :430am and get to airport half an hour early. This may not a big deal but consider we checked in at 0:30am and wake up at 4:30am, this is not good. They should have a big shuttle for morning peak time.

有機場的接駁車,雖然已經晚上8點多還是有來機場接我們,但房間普通,對於這樣價格覺得有點太高,附近有華人超市也有速食店,吃東西方便,步行5分鐘可以到sky train,願意寄放行李,雖然只是提供放置的空

I stayed here because every other hotel was more expensive, but overall I was content with my stay. + The weather was sunny and mild. The best part of the hotel is its location to the Canada Line. I like the free shuttle. The breakfast was okay, but the eggs need to be on the menu every day. The hotel staff was both professional and very helpful. The room was sizeable and clean and suprisingly quiet considering its nearness to the airport. − The neighbourhood was run-down; the Capstan neighbourhood nearby was much nicer. The hotel itself needs some refurbishing; however, it is only a four-minute walk from the Canada Line station. Sorry Vancouver, but your hotel prices are insane.

I would and will stay again. Conveniently located, nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. + I liked how clean it was. − The layout of the breakfast could use a rethink. We couldn’t access the toasters because there was a big line of people waiting for the ‘make your own waffle’ station that were blocking almost the entire breakfast counter. I had to reach through people and it was awkward. Very minor thing really.

Great access to airport and SkyTrain + Very close to the airport and a quick 5 min walk to the SkyTrain station. We got there early and they let us leave our car in the parking lot while we took the train to Vancouver. Breakfast was much more than what I expected. Yogurt, bread, waffles, fruit, juice and cereal. It also started at 5:30am. Beds were comfortable and bathroom renovated. − The location is good, but the area can seem a bit daunting. We walked from the SkyTrain at night and it seemed ok, but not sure if I would walk it alone. Parts of the hotel are a bit outdated, but appreciate the updates that have already happened.

location is great and the cleanliness + airport and room , but the breakfast is not .thats why we didnt really eat much in the hotel in our 5 days during our stay same breakfast every morning . bagel only .. my son only eat once − make selection like other hotel

Very adequate for short stay + Staff were very helpful. Close to airport with hotel transport complimentary − Better access to breakfast food. Table we sat at eleven on floor

Séjour agréable proche aéroport avec bon petit dej. + Proximité aéroport et skytrain pour aller dans le centre. Petit déjeuner avec gaufres au sirop d’érable! Propre − Un peu viellot mais globalement vu les prix à Vancouver c’était un bon plan

+ Location and to see that the hotel was doing renovations. I also liked the communication of the renovations. − I didn’t like that I requested a cot and was given a room that was too small for the cot. Staff didn’t offer to switch the room until after I have checked in and moved my things into the room. When we call down for an extra blanket, the staff told us that they were only providing one extra blanket per room. We are paying a lot of money to stay in a hotel that should be equipped to handle this request , one or two extra blankets to a guest that asks for one. And when I asked for an extra blanket, I was given the fifth- degree it felt like, as to why I needed the extra blanket.

过渡一晚 + 有班车有早餐。 − 机场接机班车第一次打电话说有但不确定时间，第二次打电话才确定时间，实际等了40多分钟，房间有异味，毛巾看上去也不是很干净。
