Overpriced + Os funcionários são muito prestativos e gentis. A limpeza da habitação. − Móveis velhos (sofá sujo) e cozinha mal equipada (não tinha frigideira no quarto). Falta manutenção. A piscina pequena e com muito cloro.

+ Facilité de se rendre au centre de banff via le ticket de bus fourni par l hôtel Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée − Le parking un peu étroit et la proximité de la route très fréquentée de jour comme de nuit

Great place but needs some love + The location was solid, and the cabin overall was decent. − Its looking a bit rough around the edges (leather chairs peeling, water taps are loose, mildew growing in the bathtub caulking etc). Sinks and bathtub need to be cleaned more deeply, side tables/stools dirty on table side, floors behind toilets and in corners clearly not cleaned regularly.

Good stay just outside of town. + Good location just outside of town. Staff very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having the restaurant on the night we arrived as we were tired and it was rainy - perfect to walk across the street and enjoy a quick meal. The food was just "okay". Nice to have tea kettle and mini fridge in room. − Maybe good to know the room we booked was up a large flight of stairs on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Everything is expensive in Banff.
