+ L'hôtel est facile d'accès, tout près de l'autoroute. Tout était très propre. − Les oreillers étaient de mauvaise qualité, très inconfortables.

It was ok aside from the rude staff. + Size of room was ok. − Staff on day shift on Aug 22nd and 23rd was so rude. Her comments were offending and answering back for simple requests. She doesn't know how to handle customer service.

Extremely comfortable stay. + It was impeccably clean and the staff were wonderful! Breakfast was included and I was expecting the usual continental ( muffins or bagels only) but it was anything from the menu and then some!! I would definitely recommend!
