+ The location is superb! You can walk to all the restaurants. Hotel is clean, beds very comfortable, beautiful sheets + pillows. Dining room and bar are well run. Staff friendly + helpful. − The only thing missing was a night light. Helpful getting up at night.

Wonderful + Stayed for one night as stopover between Toronto and Kingston . Wonderful hotel. Great location by the waterfront. Huge room Excellent connectivity and WiFi À la carte breakfast was exceptional Parking on site was easy Bar area was lovely. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

Overall, it was great. We would return. + We loved the location. Did not eat breakfast there so no comment − A tall order, but the parking was tight sometimes difficult to maneuver.

We enjoyed being a short walk from downtown and close to walking paths. + The location, the view and the food! − There was nothing not to like. This is our second year staying there and we’ll stay again next year!

Très décevant + L’emplacement (même s’il faut avoir besoin de s’arrêter dans cette ville sinon aucun intérêt !). Le personnel est très gentil. − C’est vieux ! L’entrée qui se fait par un parking souterrain n’est pas agréable et l’état de la piscine est catastrophique. Vous arrivez au 6eme étage vous croyez à une blague tellement c’est horrible.

Quand même formidable + L’hôtel était près des attractions et des restaurants et surtout près du fleuve. Le restaurant de l’hôtel pour le déjeuner était excellent. − La chambre était relativement propre mais à l’extérieur de notre chambre un peu plus loin… I y a eu des assiettes empilés avec des ustensiles par terre pendant toute la durée du séjour et ce n’est pas faute de manque de personnels d’entretien ménager qui s’affairaient tout les jours au nombre de 4-5 sur l’étage… nous étions au 3 ieme étage. Nous l’avons mentionné au Check out Beaucoup de bruits dans le corridor en soirée. Il y a très peu d’insonorisation d’une chambre à l’autre.

Skvělá lokalita, moderní hotel + Příjemný hotel na pobřeží jezera, blízko do centra. − Parkování možné v hotelu, ale poměrně drahé. Nedaleko je parkovací dům za pětinu ceny.
