Great hotel at a great price; be careful with the airport shuttle. + Room was clean, bed was comfy, location near airport was great. Front desk staff was excellent! − Airport shuttle was a bit irregular, causing us to miss it. Also, names are confusing with too many similarly named hotels around; the shuttle told us we were going to ours but it wasn't it and we had to take an Uber to get to ours which wasn't reimbursed. Breakfast wasn't complimentary but that's getting less common.

Great location close to the airport. + A very convenient location close to the airport. Great for when in transit. − A bit expensive for what you get.

We were only there from 9:30pm to 4:00am. ..very pricy + Conveniently for early travel next morning − Definitely the price

Pleasant stay, with excellent staff, very accommodating.....comfy room.. + the room was large and comfortable and the show facility was great. The staff were exceptionally helpful. − if this was to be handicapped friendly the toilet was too low, the bed a bit too high, and the access to the pool and hot tub was very difficult for a person with an injured leg and a walker....(this needs serious work)

The stay was good other than the key issue. + Location was great. Had to head to the airport early therefore I left before breakfast. − I didn’t like having to wait in the hallway because I was told the key does not work until staff had to go to get a key that works.

Go elsewhere + Location and bed − Noisy AC and selling a LOT to smoke. It did not seem to be a non-smoking room

+ Check in was so smooth, Kaylah was exceptionally nice and friendly. − Both our tub and sink were plugged up and took a really long time to drain, making brushing teeth and tasking a shower a little gross.

A convenient, clean, and comfortable stay near the airport. + The staff were friendly and attentive. The facilities were clean. The shuttle to the airport was great- the driver was super friendly! − The cost. My flight was cancelled due to weather & I had to book last minute. I spent more for 12 hours in Toronto than I did for two nights in Madrid!
