Simply the Best! + I stayed at the Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport Richmond for one night before leaving for Los Angeles the next day. It was one of the best stays I have had on my vacation over the past 8 weeks. After arriving via the shuttle, I received a lovely warm greeting from Ivy, who instantly made me feel very welcome. I was early for the check in & Ivy advised that the room type I had booked was not quite ready but offered me immediate check in to a different room type which was ready, which I very much appreciated. She acknowledged my Platinum Status & presented me with a lovely welcome gift package. The room was fabulous, very clean & a super comfy bed. Upon checking out the next morning, both Ivy and Vie were on the desk & couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging to hold a piece of luggage for me until my return and reorganising an earlier shuttle to the airport for me. Ein sehr angenhemner Aufenthalt in einem sauberen Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens. + Die Lage war ideal, da wir am nächsten Tag den Heimflug angetreten sind. Die Zimmer waren ausserordentlich sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer konnte zudem komplett abgedunkelt werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr lecker, mit grosser Auswahl.

+ This hotel is ideally located close to airport and other facilities, in a quiet location off main roads. − Everything was fine, but suggest that the complimentary breakfast include slices of tomato - this would round off the wholesome selection of foods.

Good place to stay + Rooms were spacious and kept very clean. Location was great and parking was ample. − Housekeeping wasn't up to the mark, kept leaving some areas unclean. Invoice not provided yet.

Very efficient stay on transfer to cruise departure. + Our travel companions had trouble getting the shuttle, so had to hire a taxi. That was the only glich. Everything else worked great.

Comfortable, Convenient, and Family-Friendly + We stayed here from August 4th to 11th for a family wedding. The hotel was conveniently located close to both the ceremony and reception venue. We flew in at night, and the staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful when we arrived. Check-in was smooth overall, although I had a small issue with my credit card. The staff were helpful, and everything was resolved without any problems. The lobby provided complimentary water, and coffee was available in the mornings. Our room had two queen-size beds, and complimentary buffet breakfast was included every day for the four of us. The Room Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I just wish the closet was a little bigger, although there was plenty of drawer space to store our clothes. There was also a nice lounge chair by the window, which was a comfortable touch. The air conditioning worked well, and the room stayed at a comfortable temperature. Housekeeping was available every day if need…
