Beautiful location & after your renovations I’m sure it will be lovely!! Thank you!! + The concierge, valet, & shuttle staff were amazing & helped us tremendously. Great service & so appreciate the shuttle running to the different areas. Will, from England, was especially helpful & always went out of his way to be of service. Was a huge blessing!!! − Definitely needed new carpet & fresh paint on the 5th floor in the hallways. Room was not but not like pictures online. The shuttle service offered made up for the price. Did not have a chance to eat there.

Will be great once finished + Staff were lovely especially in the main reception/bar area. Special thanks to Kiera who was very welcoming! − Property was not finished following a recent renovation. Unable to check in until 7pm as room was still not ready and when entering room the carpet was wet.

Fabulous view from my room! + Absolutely fabulous location. My room overlooked the mountains and was spectacular. Everything—every detail—was first class. I appreciated the free public bus pass that was so convenient, taking me down to the pickup point for day trips. I felt supremely pampered! − Nothing

Very average. But the staff did try to do the best they could. + Our rooms were not located anywhere close to each other. Some of the rooms did not have basic amenities in them like toilet paper the air-conditioning was non-functional. − It had newly reopened and the staff was very very new. Did not have a good understanding of the location no, the facilities provided.

A memorable and scenic stay with excellent views, comfortable accommodations, and a peaceful resort feel + Beautiful property with an amazing mountain setting, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, and the views, pool, and overall ambiance made the stay feel special − There is no stroller ramp or easy slope when going to the parking hotel area inside, otherwise the stay was great overall

+ Excellent service even though it was clear that they just reopened and many staff were very new and needed help or extra time. Great beds, rooms, decor. The pool was still.under construction and we didn't know this until shortly before our trip. So while that was disappointing they arranged for everyone to use the Banff Springs pools instead, even providing a regular shuttle bus. So well done on the service front in particular. − I love the Rimrock and the fact that it's outside the main town. But some in our group found the relative isolation annoying even with the great bus connections. You can't please everyone all the time I guess but because of this location is a small disadvantage.

A lovely stay but too expensive for what we actually got + Beautiful location and lovely rooms − Swimming pool was closed. View from our window was construction. Bar staff unable to make several popular cocktails because out of products.

Overall its a great hotel, lovely staff, food was good. + The staff was the best, we had several instances where we were challenged with missing the bus and they accommodated us quickly by driving us to town so we would not miss our dinner reservations. The bus drivers were excellent in offering tips in town as well. − The price for the hotel was way over the top considering there wasnt anything that went with the price. The pool is not available, the spa wasnt available. They offered services at another location, but timing wise it was impossible to take advantage of, so I was definately disappointed with the price and the limited experience there. I was surprised that we did not even get a free water with our room. While these other services were offered at the other hotel, it would have been nice to have that up front in the email reservation you receive so you can schedule something at the other hotel. We didnt know until we were there and everything was booked.
