+ Breakfast. The size of the meal was amazing . However the eggs tasted funny and both mornings I had to spend a lot of time in the washroom shortly after eating both breakfasts − The bed . The mattress was probably never changed since the opening of the hotel . It was the worst mattress in all the places I have stayed at . Zero support

Poor value for the price point. + Good location . Room spacious. The cafe is outstanding. It is called Floyd’s. But..,,,,, − Our room was not ready even though we arrived after check in time . We arrived 415. Stood in line. And then lined up again to get a key after waiting for the room to be cleaned . The elevator was small so we had to wait . Popular wth bus tours. 2 buses arrived and facilities were overwhelmed. The room had one small window. Poor lighting. really poor WiFi.

Will stay here again. + Location, no up charge for parking, great restaurant for breakfast and lunch, courtesy shuttle, bed was really comfy. − Dated hotel and room furniture. But clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

+ Excelente localização. Suíte com cozinha e sala ótimos ( fiquei em one bedroom suite) − O ar condicionado só serve para aquecer, nao para esfriar. Mas tuso foi tão bom no hotel, que voltaria a me hospedar novamente lá.

Perfect location to explore Victoria. + Excellent Location. Large suite style room. − Could not check in until 4 pm, which was inconvenient. No AC was a bit problematic on the first warm night.

Nice, simple middle of the budget accomodation in a great location. + Location was quiet but an easy walk to most things. Property was very dated but it did not affect our stay. The complimentary shuttle was a bonus feature! − There was no air conditioning , so we had to leave the lounge room sliding door open for fresh air. It does cool down enough to sleep, but we were not there on super hot days. There were 3 fans supplied however.

Piacevole sosta a Victoria + Più in centro che non si può! Vicino a tutte le attrazioni della città. Suite spaziosa , servizio attento pulizia. Cervi al mattino in giardino ..consigliato per una sosta lunga a Victoria .

+ The hotel was in a wonderful location. It was close to everything but relatively quiet since it was a block off the main street. The two-bedroom suite was the perfect fit for our Girls Getaway.

Victoria is amazing and this hotel, though dated, is clean and convenient. Excellent location, friendly staff, and kitch + Location and value − It’s dated and the gym wasn’t very practical since it is in the same area as the pool and hot tub…so it’s hot and smells like chlorine in there. Not a big deal since i didn’t need to use those facilities but fyi.
