Good experience + Building and the room itself. − Marketed as a american falls view room but the view was almost negligible.

+ Was a beautiful hotel. We were just there for one night. The only problem was the air conditioner made a vibrating rattling sound all night.

very disapointed by paying for the PARKING $35 , does not make sense at all, very rood. + VIEW . − The sink was not working properly ( clauged), no hand soap ( if i knew i will bring my own hand soap from home).

Disappointed + It is always clean. The view of the attactions was fine and enjoyed the fireworks − Disappointed with the air conditioning. The display was only showing fan. I put it on high fan and 72 but it was not cooling down. There didn't seem to be an a/c display button. Shouldn't be difficult. Too late to call front desk ( midnight) to get it fixed or even move. Next day the staff didn't seem surprised or appologetic, it was "why didn't I call down". We were only there for 1 night and just wanted to relax and not be interuptted by staff.
