Will stay here again if ever back in Calgary. + Was pleasantly surprised at the room size. Couch and arm chair separate from the bed. Breakfast had eggs and sausages which is what I always look for. Bed was very comfortable. − Complimentary bottle of water would have been nice and/or iced water pitcher available.

Comfort good but any problems do not expect a quick response due poor staff Communiation skills + Comfort great as Usual, Breakfast was good. Hot tub excellent, Fitness room ok and Comp Coffee apreciated − Upon checkin Bathroom sink plugged, Maint took care of. Room was not Streaming equipped TV, I had to ask 3 times and send i direct email to the GM to get problem recified, eventually was room moved was 3 night stay so was very angry, serioully considering not returning, poor staff training and communiction skills

+ Staff was very friendly Pool was clean − Hotel is abit dated, faucet in the bathroom constantly leaking Ice machine on my floor not working Available tv channels was really lacking compaired to other hotels, screen keep flickering and cutting out.

Ottimo + Ottimo hotel. Personale professionale e gentile. Camere e spazi comuni pulitissimi ed accoglienti. La nostra stanza era molto ampia. Ottima colazione. − Non ho nulla di negativo, ma due piccoli suggerimenti: aggiungere prese Usb nelle camere. Aggiungere dolci freschi a colazione.
