+ La chambre très spacieuse, la propreté, la piscine avec une vue sur la ville. − Notre. Chambre n'a pas été faite entre les 2 nuits. Une personne est venue en fin d'après-midi alors que mon fils se reposait, donc c'était trop tard. Pourtant nous avons été absents depuis le matin jusqu'à 16h30. Le frigo ne fait pas beaucoup de froid.

Not worth the price + The location of the hotel was good, metro and bus stop very close. There are some nice restaurants and a supermarket in the neighbourhood. − The room was not very clean. We found some paillettes from previous visitors on the carpet which were not removed during our three nights stay. The service at breakfast was extremely slow, unfortunately no buffet, nearly no vegetarian options. The pool was not very clean, salt was added while I was swimming and was then told I could not use it during 30 minutes. The pool is very small and quickly full of people. I have asked 3 times at the reception for a bathrobe (in different languages including French) and never got one.

+ great location - easy to get anywhere from the hotel; friendly staff - they genuinely try their best to help you − My room was not cleaned from 9am till 5pm, even though I put the "Please clean my room" sign on the door. I had to call three times and ask for it to be cleaned, especially since the housekeeping service only operates until 5:30 pm. Also there is small and uncomfortable swimming pool

+ Very convinient location for easy walk around and enjoy Montreal. Room was clean and comfortable. Small fridge in the room was very convinient. − The room door was shutting itself very loudly, we had to hold the door so it doesn't slam disturbing others. Two of three rooms had wierd window, like a loophole. The biggest room wasn't the main one with garage access.
