Hotel excelente e relaxante. + O hotel é excelente e muito relaxante. As instalações são muito bem cuidadas, os quartos confortáveis, a limpeza muito boa e o café da manhã de ótima qualidade (palmas para o nosso atendente de mesa - Cleilson, pelo atendimento impecável, sabia de cor as nossas preferências). − Um ponto que nos causou desconforto foi presenciar a forma como a gerente tratava os funcionários. Ríspida e grosseira, o que acabou destoando da excelente experiência proporcionada. Percebemos também, uma grande diferença dela no tratamento aos hóspedes, especialmente quando havia influencers e criadores de conteúdo, que recebiam uma atenção muito maior que os demais presentes.

Boa de maneira geral + A acomodação é boa /quarto limpo tudo ok − Não gostei do atendimento de alguns dos funcionários muito novos sem experiência e sem treinamento adequado para nível do hotel , deixou muito a desejar … cheguei no hotel às 13:30 o chekin era somente as 15:00 mas já tinha quarto disponível e não quiserem nos atender, ficamos no restaurante até 16:00 e tive que reclamar pois vi vários outros hóspedes que chegaram depois de nós entrarem antes … não gostei do café da manhã … péssimo … servido a la carte e qualidade de alguns alimentos dava pra ver que já tinha ido e voltado várias vezes na má meses … café da manhã tem que ser buffet .

− Honestly, I regret staying at this hotel. The rooms were outdated, and we found mold, which was really disappointing. The front desk staff seemed very young and inexperienced, and both the check-in and check-out processes were frustratingly slow and disorganized. Aside from the pool and the location, there really isn't much that stands out about this property. I truly wanted to love it, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations.

Un letargo interminable de placer (con pésimo WiFi) + Essenza es un lugar donde todos los sueños se hacen realidad. Donde todo parece estar escrito por una madrina mágica que pensó en vos y decidió regalarte las mejores vacaciones de tu vida. El staff fue súper atento, cada detalle parece pensado para que no tengas que preocuparte por absolutamente nada, y tu habitación está literalmente dentro de la piscina. Nuestros días eran desayunos increíbles, lectura, y después… después ya ni puedo recordar. Estaba tan extasiado que mi mente se perdía en un letargo interminable de placer. No sé si fueron vacaciones, un sueño o una experiencia religiosa. Solo sé que no quería que terminara. − Lo único que no estuvo a la altura fue el WiFi: pésimo, realmente pésimo. Prácticamente imposible conectarse desde cualquier lugar del hotel. Tuve que tomar una videollamada laboral muy importante —porque soy una persona muy importante— desde la recepción, sentado como si estuviera haciendo un check-in …

Sensationell - mit etwas Optimierungsbedarf + Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich hervorragend! Das Personal war gut gelaunt und freundlich. Unser Zimmer mit Privatpool (1. Etage) war atemberaubend. Unbedingt das Frühstück im schwimmenden Korb mit dazu buchen - ein absolutes Highlight! − Alles in allem ist das Hotel und der Service auf hohem Niveau, dennoch haben wir ein zwei Impulse, um das Gästeerlebnis noch auf ein neues Niveau zu bringen. 1. Die Bar. Die Qualität der gemixten Drinks war leider haarsträubend - wie in einer billigen Kneipe. Das kann durch eine gezielte Cocktail-Schulung einfach behoben werden, aber ist dringend empfohlen. Gerade der Caipirinha, ein Nationalgetränk muss beherrscht werden und nicht wässrig schmecken. 2. Das Personal ist zwar herzlich und freundlich, der Umgangston mit den Gästen für ein renomiertes Haus jedoch etwas zu locker (eher passend zu einem 3-4 Sterne Hotel).
