    Surpresas desagradáveis + Comida estava boa − Deixamos o carro no serviço de estacionamento do hotel, quando fomos retirar nos entregaram arranhado e tentaram cobrir o arranhão com corretivo. Estamos tentando falar com o responsável pelo estacionamento, que queremos ser ressarcidos do valor que a Localiza cobrou, pelo arranhão , mas não estamos conseguindo o contato. Nos passaram o telefone e ele não responde ao watzap. O primeiro andar do prédio , não sabíamos era para hóspedes com PET e apesar de durante a nossa estadia não ter Pets hospedados, o corredor e o quarto cheiravam a cachorro.
