Below par + I have stayed at the Sheraton WTC several times, and I liked it. This time not, room 1110 is not comparable to the other rooms I stayed in before. It has no desk to work, just a small table with two uncomfortable chairs. A worn old small sofa that badly needs replacement. The same for the coffee table. There is a fridge on a pedestal??? See the picture. There are plenty of similarly priced hotels close by…next time I go there.

Wonderful. Truly wonderful + Felipe C checked me in. I arrived ao early I was sure I would not get a room for hours but he was able to check me in immediately. I was só tired from the red eye i immediately fell asleep for 3 hours. My room was upgrades and it was lovely. Everyone at the hotel was amazing. -A truly fabulous experience. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family

Exceptional Stay at Sheraton São Paulo WTC - August 2026 + I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the service was top-notch, and the restaurant and bar offered great experiences. I particularly enjoyed the live music in the evenings, and everything was impeccably clean. A special shoutout to Lucas Matos—he exemplifies exceptional service. Always smiling and ready to help, he went above and beyond when I accidentally damaged my shirt while ironing. It’s crew members like Lucas that truly elevate the experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

São Paulo’s best hotel + I have a total of almost 900 nights since 1999 with Marriott and this is the best hotel I have stayed. Not just a beautiful property that is convenient to everything in São Paulo but the service is the simply the best. From Renato greeting me every morning at the front door to the fantastic service from Djalma, Bruno, Natalie and Allison at the restaurant and the great bar staff. I have now stayed 4 times at this restaurant and I would highly recommend to anyone coming to São Paulo for business or pleasure.
