    Localização boa e ótimas instalações, faltou limpeza e maior cuidado da equipe. + A localização é ótima e o quarto bastante confortável. − A minha toalha de banho, que tinha sido trocada no serviço de quarto, estava com um rastro marrom. Quando ligamos para a recepção para solicitar uma nova toalha e reclamar do ocorrido, a situação foi recebida com indiferença pela equipe, como se isso fosse uma situação normal de ocorrer no hotel. Pelo preço pago, esperamos no mínimo uma maior limpeza e atenção da equipe, ao informar no check out do ocorrido, saímos com a sensação de que o feedback não tinha sido levado seriamente.
