Hotel cómodo a precio correcto si tienes que quedarte cerca del aeropuerto + Habitaciones cómodas, a 15 min del aeropuerto − La localización:: en medio de un entorno industrial que no permite salir del hotel para pasear o cenar. Solo buffet sin carta entorno el restaurante.

Falta de planejamento no atendimento. − Infelizmente tive que esperar horas para fazer o check-in, pois o hotel estava recebendo clientes sem reserva que tinham perdido voos e foi dado prioridade para esses clientes ao invés de outros clientes que já estavam com reservas há dias/ mês feitas com antecedência. Eu cheguei no hotel com minha esposa e dois filhos pequenos por volta de 00:30h e ficamos aguardando no saguão por horas para ser atendido.
