Disappointing arrival experience despite attentive staff elsewhere + I had high expectations for this hotel, especially given its location and the many positive reviews, but unfortunately our arrival experience at the front desk really affected my overall impression of the stay. At check-in, Sabrina immediately told me that the reservation had been made incorrectly and that we would need to pay an additional amount for the third person. However, I had specifically booked the room for three guests under triple occupancy, and the reservation itself reflected this. While she was looking into it, I tried to explain that my main question was simply whether there was a difference in the room setup for three people. We had requested three beds if available, understanding that this could not necessarily be guaranteed, but I was perfectly fine with two beds if that was the room configuration.
