Great place for an escape from the city + Everything is very cozy. The people are really nice. The room was spacious and the swimming pool was really clean and relaxing.

+ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The swimming pool (outside) is large, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The food was delicious, with a great variety of tasty dishes. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely experience and a place we would happily visit again!

It was a pleasant vacation, great staff and the organization contributed the most for this. Small details that needs ame + Almost everything − There was a lot of water and mold in the Air conditioner unit. The room had a strange scent, and did not have net on the door protecting from insects.

+ Решихме да отседнем в хотела на връщане от морето и бих казала, че точно тук се отдадох на истинска почивка. Стаята ни беше просторна и красива, разположена на партерния етаж в сградата до басейна. Закуската беше разнообразна и вкусна. Басейнът е много оригинално замислен и е подходящ дори за малки деца. Водата беше с много приятна температура за къпане. Външните пространства са изключително добре поддържани, с мини зоокът, красиво езерце с водни лилии и детски пързалки и люлки. А за конната база и самите коне просто нямам думи! Да можеш по всяко време да се докоснеш до тези величествени животни и да ги наблюдаваш отблизо беше просто неописуемо преживяване! Цялото място създава усещане за спокойствие, уют и истинско бягство от ежедневието. Определено бихме се върнали отново! − Единствената ми забележка е към храната в ресторанта. И през двете вечери поръчахме различни ястия, които изглеждаха добре и бяха красиво поднесени, но за съжаление бяха доста безвкусни. Според мен дори само м…

Exceeds expectations - please contunie doing what you are doing as you are doing it the right way! + They have though of everything, every detail. I was excited to see there is a place where things can be right. Great place to come with kids, multiple playgrounds with option in the shadow (for the hot summer), animals to enjoy in a small zoo, an indoor kid zone; great staff, very kind and cooparative to assist with the needs of family with kids; great menu with options for kids; we also took our dog - no problem at all. And the gorgeous horses add to the whole experience! Planning to come back every year. Please keep doing what you're doing as it appears you are one of the few who know and can do it right! − Bed pillows thinner/smaller than we prefer, but there were extra pillows for decoration that we used underneath.

Приятен хотел за кратък престой + Добра локация. Много поддържан хотел, чисти стаи и общи части, красива градина, където може да се разходите и да видите не само конете, но и козички, зайчета и др. Не сме посещавали спа зоната, басейнът беше голям и беше подходящ за малки и големи. Стаите бяха тихи, а персоналът много любезен. − За съжаление има 2-3 неща, които не ни допаднаха. На първо място, нямаше бар и лоби бара беше затворен, така че вечерно време можеше да се посети само ресторанта, но не и място, където човек да седне и да изпие един коктейл например. 2. за два дни не видяхме спасител на басейна. Ако е имало такъв, то определено е бил скрит някъде, защото нямаше абсолютно никакъв контрол. Имаше много подрастващи, които не се съобрязяваха с останалите гости, скачаха, правиха “бомбички”, крещяха и реално бяха завзели целия басейн без никой да контролира нещатата и да бие свирка, когато прекалят. Това определено не беше ок за малките деца, както и за хората, които искаха да попл…
