+ Очень всё понравилось, отзывчивый и вежливый персонал,особенно хотелось бы отметить Свети на ресепшине , вкусная еда, хороший спа, просторные и уютные номера, а какой вид с балкона просто нет слов! Респект всему персоналу! − Немного не удобные душевые,выливается вода, и на ужин если не трудно сделать доступ к питьевой воде!

However, not a good value for money - rundown, extra fees. + Spacious rooms and the staff was helpful. − Not a good value for money - pool was small and only indoors (the outdoor jacuzzi came with a heavy fee), fitness centre hasn't been maintained - equipment very basic, broken or missing. The place has a lot of potential but definitely needs some attention and customer focus.

An excellent choice with great location and facilities. + The villa was nice and spacious. The staff was super helpful and polite. It's also very convenient, as each villa has it's own designated parking spot in front of it. The location of the resort is great and there's a nice area for walks around it. The spa and the swimming pool were nice. The buffet food for breakfast and dinner was great and with a lot of various options. − Everything was OK.

Прекрасно място за почивка в подножието на Пирин + Комплексът е добре поддържан, чист и спокоен. Целият персонал (рецепционисти, сервитьори, камериерки) е много усмихнат и любезен. Храната е разнообразна, вкусна, приготвена от качествен продукти. Апартаментите са просторни и удобни, почистването е ежедневно. Има достатъчно паркоместа. Гледката към Пирин е прекрасна. − Само като препоръка бих казала, че е добре в апартамента да има сушилка за дрехи.

Trop cher au vu des prestations et de l’état des logements + Personnel sympathique, bon emplacement pour rejoindre les montagnes du Pirin, grands logements. − Bien qu’assez récents les logements ne vieillissent pas très bien : nombreux coups et traces sur les meubles et les murs, boîtier de la carte activant l’électricité dans le logement dysfonctionnel, douche qui fuit, etc. Par ailleurs quelques points faibles faciles à adresser : les logements sont censés être équipés de kitchenettes mais ils n’ont pas de plaque de cuisson ni de four ou de micro-onde. Il n’y a pas non plus de machine à laver. Dommage aussi que le tri des déchets ne soit pas fait dans l’établissement alors qu’il semble être proposé par la municipalité. Le fournisseur choisi pour les repas (Metro ?) explique probablement le goût assez fade des plats et fruits proposés. Au petit-déjeuner les seules boissons chaudes proposées sont des instantanés.
