Подвеждане + Стаите бяха големи с хубави бани и удобни гардероби и климатик. Персоналът в ресторанта по време на закуска и вечеря беше много професионален. Местоположението на хотела е отлично - в тиха гора в подножието на планината и същевременно близо до центъра. − Парната баня, сауната и джакузито не работеха. На сайта са описани като работещи. Това подвежда потребителите при избора на СПА хотел. Басейнът е много малък за капацитета на хотела и поради това не може да се използва. Персоналът на рецепция може да премине обучение за работа с клиенти. Хотелът е на ниво по-ниско от заявените 4 звезди.

Guest comfort and renovation + The room was spacious with a view to the woods. Comfortable beds and everyday cleaning services were provided. The atmosphere at the restaurant was very nice. The food at breakfast and dinner was varied and delicious. The outdoor swimming pool was small but clean and surrounded by umbrellas and sun lounges. The pool bar offered a variety of drinks and treats. − We booked a 4-stars hotel for our trip to Kyustendil. In fact we were not offered some services- no minibar- just an empty fridge, no tee or coffee maker. The room floor had clean but shabby carpet; the mosquito net at the balcony door was damaged and the curtains sagging. The bathroom shower faucet was difficult to switch.

Чудесни летни дни в Кюстендил 2026г. + И закуската и вечерята бяха малко еднообразни, но добри! Местоположението е великолепно и би било добре ако се приготвята маршрути за разходка на гостите. − За размера на хотела и броя на посетителите басейна е изключително малък. Трагедия е и с шезлонзите- трябва да си ги окупираш от предишния ден иначе стоиш прав. Персоналът в ресторанта е доста неориентиран- младежите забравяха да ми предоставят сметката, която отиваше към номера на стаята, а накрая при плащането разбрах, че са я поукрасили с допълнителни екстри.

Релакс на макс + Водата е фантастична. Стаите са удобни с с балкон. Храната е добра. Няколко пъти сме го посещавали и пак ще отидем.
