Good value for money. We will visit it again. + Nice, cozy apartment. Very nice positioned. Very clean, nice smelling. Coffee, tea sweets, etc. Easy check in / out. Safe car parking. − Access to the apartment in the night is a bit strange as there is not enough lights into the court yard of the block.

All in all for 100 euros a night it is very expensive for the services that are provided + The location is near the city center. It has an interior parking which was very helpful. − The livingroom couch was awful, the AC in the livingroom didnt work. Tried to sleep with the windows open, couldnt. To much noise from cars reving and loud music. The matress was dirty.

Cozy + The apartment is clean, modern, and freshly renovated, located in the heart of the city, making it a convenient stay. The decor is stylish, and everything looks new and well-maintained. − There were a couple of issues that affected the experience. There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drainage, which spread throughout the apartment. It would be great if the host could address this, possibly with better ventilation or plumbing maintenance. Additionally, the hot water boiler only lasted about 10 minutes before needing an hour to reheat, which was inconvenient. A larger or more efficient water heater would greatly improve future stays. Overall, it is a nice place with potential, but these issues should be fixed for a more comfortable experience.

Great place to stay for longer periods + From the perspective of the apartment itself, everything was perfect, clean sheets, working and powerful AC, a clean open space living room and kitchen, the spaciousness of the place. − This is more a nitpick than any serious dissatisfaction but I initially thought that the apartments were in the same building as my friends who reserved another apartment, but they weren't in the same building. But the buildings aren't that far apart from one another, both are extremely near the Antique theater ruins, and only 1 minute between the buildings. Also microwave would have been useful if you have food but want to re-heat it, as neither apartment had one. I doubt too many people would use the kitchen to cook while visiting, whereas a microwave is much more useful.

+ Апартамента беше изключително чист, стилно обзаведен, възглавниците и леглото са удобни, има кафе машина и капсули, всичко необходимо в банята. Паркомястото е в задния двор и става за голям автомобил, като сутринта паркинга е на сянка. Като цяло обичаме да ни е удобно, затова си носим всичко с нас, когато пътуваме включително и възглавници и кафе машина :), но тук не но се наложи да сваляме друго освен дрехи и лични принадлежности. Тук напълно откровено давам 10 точки за всичко и нямам никакви забележки. Благодаря!
