+ Next to the skii area, nice spa, nice staff in general, clean and great view if you are from the right side of the hotel. Lovely that it's in the forest, but far from the center. However, receptionists can call you a taxi. Great service from the bar. Parking for the guests. − The attitude of the staff outside, on the sunny porch. After being tired if skiing we wanted to order and the waiter refused saying they closed and we can get something from the bar. 10 mins later she was serving another table, obviously often clients... The walls are too thin. You can hear literally the next room guests talking.

+ Perfectly situated clean,comfortable rooms are new and very well furnished. Spa is excellent too. We have a little toy poodle which was welcomed. Thank you.

+ Стаите са реновирани, комфортно и удобно е. Както обикновено, чудесно място за комбинация между активна почивка сред природата и пълноценен релакс. Имах рожден ден, не съм го афиширал, но ме издебнаха в ресторанта и ме изненадаха с десерт и свещичка, беше много мило и се почувствах чудесно от този мил жест.
