+ Premetto che mi é piaciuto tutto dell’hotel , posizione centralissima , affianco l hotel ci sono tantissimi supermarket , ma il punto forte é che mi é piaciuta moltissimo la colazione con prodotti di qualità

Accontentiamoci..... + Colazione top, personale di front office cortese, gentile, disponibile e sempre attento al cliente. Camera sufficientemente spaziosa, bagno molto piccolo ma doccia top, grande e bella. − Servizio pulizia camera da dimenticare, una ragnatela in bagno ad altezza uomo è sparita il terzo giorno.......cmq bagno piccolissimo (ad eccezione della doccia), nessun ripiano per appoggiare un dentifricio o una crema viso.....lavabo piccolissimo e senza un bordo sufficientemente largo sempre per poter poggiare le nostre cose. Personale di sala per la colazione disponibile ma sinceramente molto poco simpatico, poco accogliente, poco attento al cliente. Sistema di aria condizionata ingestibile, impostato a 20° spostato a 27° per la notte alle 7.00 del mattino successivo era di nuovo a 20°, ci siamo congelati. Il giorno successivo invece è rimasto spento tutto il tempo anche la notte e ci siamo morti di caldo.....un vero stress. Posizione più o meno buona, tuttavia con la linea …

UN MUY BUEN HOTEL EN EL CENTRO DE SOFÍA + El alojamiento tenía unas calidades muy buenas. Habitaciones amplias, personal muy amable y un desayuno Buffet increíble. Pedimos una cosa fuera del horario de cafetería y amablemente nos lo ofrecieron. − El alojamiento estaba en una zona algo más humilde y por la noche daba un poco de miedo pasear o volver al hotel. Por lo demás todo perfecto!

In all it was a good stay for the two nites. + Breakfast was good and had a good Variety. I must say, I'm not a big breakfast person. Proper Coffee, good cereals with yogurt is good enough for me. − The room was bit small, but clean and tidy.

Welcoming staff, good breakfast. Off center but easily connected. + Though it's outside of the touristic center, it is easily reachable from there. One may not like the surroundings as its a bit more derelict and not the best neighborhood according to locals but it wasn't an issue for me a solo male traveler. − My room was street side which if you have sensitive sleep might be an issue. While being situated on one of the city's main streets is helpful logistically, it comes with its share of loud ambulance and police traffic. Get earplugs if noise is an issue for you.

Ordentliches Stadthotel in zentraler Lage + Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig recht zentral aber dennoch einigermaßen ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Am ersten Morgen war das Rührei kalt, an den anderen Tagen war alles in Ordnung. Es gab auch eine Auswahl an Brot und der Kaffee war gut. − Ich hatte Pech mit meinem Zimmer. Es war zwar, wie gewünscht, ruhig, aber auch sehr klein. Das Badezimmer war winzig. Anscheinend war der Kühlschrank defekt und wurde ausgebaut, da lagen die Sachen einfach so auf dem Boden . Es gab auch keinen Platz persönliche Gegenstände abzulegen. Leider konnte ich das Zimmer nicht tauschen. Aus anderen Ländern bin ich auch gewohnt beim Vorbeigehen vom Personal gegrüßt zu werden. Hier hatte ich den Eindruxk ich störe bei wichtigen Unterhaltungen
