+ Osoblje hotela je izuzetno prijatno,sobe veoma prostrane i čiste. Bazen je solidan a hrana odlična! − Sve je bilo u redu.

Лучший летний отдых на природе! + Просто потрясающий отель, место, персонал. Вид из номера на горы захватывает дух! Находится чуть в отдалении от центра города, но «чуть в отдалении» в Банско-это 10-15 минут. Природа, воздух-волшебные абсолютно. Жаль, что нельзя запечатать этот воздух и увезти с собой, чтобы иногда откупоривать и вдыхать эти ароматы. Очень вкусное и разнообразное питание! Отдельно хотелось бы отметить сотрудницу Елену-всегда была очень дружелюбна, старалась помочь, спрашивала как дела и где мы сегодня были. Вроде, небольшой разговор, но как клиент- сразу чувствуешь участие и внимание. Однозначная рекомендация и 10 из 10! − Номер чуть «подуставший», но нам это не мешало совершенно.

חוויה מפנקת ומיוחד. נתגעגע. + צוות נעים, אדיב חייכני וסבלני. נענה לכל שאלותינו ובקשותינו. דיבר אנגלית שוטפת (רובם) ונתנו שירות מעל ומעבר. הספא מפנק. החדרים ענקיים. − בחדר המשפחתי עם 2 חדרי השינה- היה מזגן רק באחד מחדרי השינה. את זה לא הבנתי מתיאור החדר.

Bon hôtel aux belles prestations + Hôtel confortable, bien entretenu. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais nous n’avons pas eu le sentiment d’être les uns sur les autres et agréable. Le restaurant très copieux, bien organisé; nous avions le petit déjeuner compris et avons ajouté le dîner un soir après une journée de vélo fatigante. Un peu cher mais ça reste correct par rapport à l’offre de nourriture. Le personnel globalement aimable (ce qui n’est pas le cas partout en Bulgarie) et attentionné. L’hôtel est un peu excentré dans une zone avec bcp de constructions ou bâtiments à l’abandon.. Nous avons passé un bon séjour − Le spa est un peu vieillissant, le hammam ne sentait pas bon, le jacuzzi avait aussi une odeur un peu désagréable et n’était pas très propre mais les saunas fonctionnels et la salle de relaxation bien agréable.

+ The staff was very friendly and nice. We got an upgrade, which was great for our family! The rooms were very clean and comfortable . Breakfast was superb. We really enjoyed our days here, thank you! − The swimming pool floor is very, very slippery. We enjoyed the gym, but it would be nice to have photos of both women and men working out, or no photos at all. :-)
