Standard pokoi w Budget Flats Leuven nie zmienił się od 20 lat. Jest bardzo niski i dużo gorszy od większości obiektów w − Zamiast Ambassador Suits Leuven dostaliśmy pokój w Budget Flats Leuven z powodu awarii hydraulicznej.

Mooi ruim en midden in het centrum + Veel ruimte, voor een kort verblijf een prima plek. − Er is geen koffiemachine, geen thermostaat- maar een mengkraan in de douche waardoor er soms ineens heel warm of koud water uitkomt. Het appartement was enorm warm. Geen parkeerplek dus betaald parkeren.

Voor wat we nodig hadden was het voldoende + Ruim appartement, goede bedden, maar zeer warm − De badkamer was niet helemaal in orde (badkuip was provisoir gemaakt). De woonkamer was eerder spartaans ingericht.

J’ai viré l’argent comme l’hôtel demande et je n’ai jamais reçu les codes d’accès. J’ai dû trouver un autre hôtel en urgence. L’hôtel ne m’a jamais répondu, ni avant ni après la réservation pour mon remboursement. C’est inadmissible d’avoir des hôtels aussi mauvais sur Booking. − J’ai été volé de 134€. − Troppe poche luci nella casa e le camere da letto poco pratiche, una delle camere non aveva né un comodino, ne un armadio, né abbastanza prese per caricare il telefono. Luci da comodino completamente assenti. Tutta la casa molto buia, alcune delle lampade non avevano i bulbi o non funzionavano bene
