+ We Was Really surprised when we got in the room and see that there was plenty of room, And had a kitchen area, big shower room, It was very clean and tidy, Your staff were all really bubbly and cheerful and on point and are a credit to your company, we normally stay in premier inn (I dont mean to swear) but you are on par with them easy, and i will look at holiday inn on our next trip, I have not stayed with you for nearly 10 years, Thank you for our really nice stay. Regards Barry − There is nothing to complain about, Your team Did a great job, I have had my own Business for 26 years and you can not please every one.

Soggiorno confortevole con ottima colazione + Camera confortevole con TV grande e varietà di canali, bagno spazioso , letto comodo , camera ben insonorizzata e ottima colazione, fermata del bus per il centro molto vicins − Posizione in zona priva di negozi o ristoranti e bar, salvo quelli degli alberghi

Clean and comfortable bedroom. + The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable. − Hotel next to motorway and so a little noisy. Unfortunately we shared the small dining room for breakfast with a coach trip of people which was uncomfortable. The breakfast food was only average, not worth the money. In general the staff didn't seem very happy, no smiles. We had a few booking in problems which were all blamed on the computer system. We had one very serious problem which we didn't think the manager or member of staff concerned seemed too bothered about. The manager did seem quite flustered and embarrassed by the member of staff who was making the various mistakes. Think some better training in customer service is required. They need to at least look the customer in the eye whilst speaking to them and not keep staring at the computer screen. Would also mention the €20 per day exorbitant parking fee.
