+ Hotel vicino al centro citta e alla stazione centrale. Staff accogliente e in particolare la reception. Struttura pulita , ottima la colazione, possibilità di usare macchina del caffè Nespresso e bollitore in camera, cortesia della struttura di fare trovare una bottiglia di acqua in camera gratuitamente. Un grande ringraziamento al Sig.Gianluca della reception, che ha cercato di soddisfare le nostre richieste con tempestività. − Non posso dire che qualcosa non mi abbia soddisfatto

+ Местоположението на хотела е чедусно - на пешеходно разстояние от главните туристически забележителности и същевременно на изключително спокойна и тиха улица. Локацията е близо и до централната жп гара, от която може да се пътува до Брюж, Гент и др. Персоналът е изключително любезен и отзивчив. Площад Саблон е много очарователен. През уикенда има пазар за антики, което внася допълнителна арт атмосфера. В близост има чудесни места за хранене, включително такива с традиционни белгийски ястия. − В закуската можеше да има повече свежи плодове, зеленчуци и различни йогурти.

+ La camera spaziosa, posizione nelle vicinanze di alcune attrazioni turistiche − In generale da un hotel 4s mi sarei aspettata di più. Il primo giorno (lunedì) il servizio della colazione non ha rispettato gli orari, e alle 7.40 ancora il servizio non era pronto. La porta della mia camera non si chiudeva a meno di non tirarla molto forte. La zona per quanto centrale non mi è sembrata sicura, fino a tardi si sentono schiamazzi dalla strada con gente che urla, per quanto nelle immediate vicinanze non ci siano locali. La pulizia non era delle migliori, inoltre c'era un interruttore della luce letteralmente dentro la doccia-

Rustig en aangenaam verblijf in Brussel. + Het was een heel lekker en gevarieerd ontbijt. Het was een ruime kamer met goed bed. De welness was basis en ok. − Er waren geen extra handdoeken meer aanwezig bij de welness toen we er gingen.
