A fine hotel. Great staff and location + Great location. Lovely breakfast and staff. Nice sun deck. − The bath was difficult to access for showers. The overhead shower dripped on your head while using the hand held shower

+ Habitación pequeña pero maravillosa, el hotel es viejo como todo en brujas, pero está cada detalle cuidado, es como hospedarte en una propiedad de la realeza, el desayuno es atendido además de mozos por un jefe de salón que te hace sentir de una manera excepcional. El trato de todo el staff es inmejorable. La ubicación también ideal, a la vuelta de la plaza principal. Volvería mil veces más! − Todo fue excelente.

Très décevant + Le lit − Le personnel pas très professionnel , service de bagages à l’arrivée pas professionnel , le service petit déjeuner pas bon du tout , attente très longue , pas sympathique Et pas d endroit pour s installer dans un salon ou une pièce, pas de pression d eau dans la douche, chambre simple de ma fille plus agréable que la junior suite ….

+ The 4th floor was really hot with weak air conditioning. The cafe machine never worked even after it was checked. Mini fridge was shut off and all bottles in it were hot. This was an upgrade, but not sure about that except for larger space. I must say the evening person on duty, Nathan, “saved the day”as he fixed the refrigerator and replaced all items with cold ones and he came up to attend to the A/C. Nathan was so professional, attentive and kind and really tried to accommodate me. He made that hotel for me.

Geweldige service in de luxe omgeving van een boutique hotel + Van de valet-parking tot uitleg over het centrum, het ontbijt en de algehele service door het weekend heen - de staf! Top service met een lach en een praatje - fijn. − Geen idee... ik zou zelf de lounge nog wat meer aanprijzen als een plek om even rustig een mooi glas te drinken - dat hebben we nu te laat ontdekt en het hotel is werkelijk prachtig.

Very nice, wish I had tried the restaurant as I heard it was very good + The staff were particularly nice. Claire made me a great cheese sandwich on arrival. − Bigger bath towels. Bed was a bit soft.
