Schönes Hotel und freundliches Personal + Sehr nettes Personal , schönes Zimmer , alles sauber. Gutes Frühstück , vielleicht noch eine dunkle Brotsorte mehr wäre schön😉 − Die Dusche. Die Leiste am Boden war defekt und eher gefährlich für die Füße.

otel; mimarisiyle, çevresiyle ve krallar gibi konaklamamızı sağladığı için gönlümüzü fethetti. + standart oda rezervasyonu yapmış olmamıza rağmen presidential suit oda verildi. inanılmaz keyifliydi ve değerli hissettirdi :) kendilerine arkadaşlarım adına çok teşekkür ederim. aşırı eğlendik − oda konusundaki deneyimimiz vip olunca biz yanlışlıkla kahvaltı beklentimizi de yükseltmiş bulunduk. kahvaltı ortalama düzeyde iyiydi

Très bon hôtel proche du centre historique de Mostar. + Personnel très aimable, disponible et réactif. La piscine intérieur est appréciable. La chambre était très spacieuse, bien équipée et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité − Les finitions de la chambre et notamment de la salle de bains sont à perfectionner. Des éléments sont mal fixés et peuvent tomber (colonne de douche par exemple), d’autres (joints et éléments en bois) sont endommagés par l’eau et mériteraient d’être remplacés / réparés.

HA hotel Mostar + Raznolikost zajtrka, velike in ciste sobe. Udobne postelje. Zelo prijazno osebje. Rezervirano sem imel economy sobo in sem dobil delux sobo kar me je zelo pozitivno presenetilo. Lokacija je bila idealna stran od centra in guzve. Dobra baza za raziskovanje okolice. − Nic

+ Great staff Mickey and Johnny helped us and we're very kind and informative. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Hotel was clean and elegant. Fresh water pool was in a heater environment making it relaxing and felt like a Spa. Parking was free.

Lovely stay + We got free upgrade to presidental suite, so I leave highest stars for the stay. Special thanks for the man in reception for this upgrade! Everything worked and breakfast was good. There was parking in front of hotel in private parking area. − The hotel room itself could be better kept, the handle to bathroom was a bit broken. The door to the bedroom was scraping the rug so it was hard to close. The shower handle in bathtub was leaking so while the bath filled up - the floor did get wet. All of these are small inconveniencies, but I would expect a better kept suite if I had paid full amount for it.
