+ ممتاز ونظيف وغرف واسعه ويوجد شطاف ماء ويوجد فيه مغسلة ملابس خاصة بالفندق ويوجد سوبر ماركت تحت الفندق 24 ساعه وكافي وافطار صباحي متواضع يبعد عن سنتر بيهاتش تقريبا 5 كيلوا لكن جداً خيار ممتاز انصح فيه

جيد ضعيف − كان حجزي ل5 اشخاص من بوكنك ولكن للاسف تفاجات ب4 ودفعت غرفة جديدية الغرف صغيرة جدا وللاسف لايوجد غرف للتدخين والنامس كثير جدا من تفتح الشباك تنترس الغرفه نامس لايوجد غرف للمدخنين وهذي مشكلة من حق المدخن مكان يدخن فيه في غرفته

Schönes Hotel mit super netten Personal und kleinerem Optimierungsbedarf + Sehr freundliches Personal (uns wurden proaktiv riesige Lunchpakete für die Heimfahrt angeboten, da wir aufgrund sehr früher Abreise nicht das gebuchte Frühstück nutzen konnten.), schöne geräumige Zimmer, gute Parkplatzsituation. − Das Zimmer hat nach Rauch gestunken. Der Bettdeckenbezug hatte Flecken und beim Duschen hat man das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser gesetzt, da die Abdichtung der Duschkabine defekt war.

Niet tevreden, ga hier zeker niet meer terugkomen en raad het ook andere af. + Niets. − Hygiëne - vlekken op het tapijt, in de douche nog haren, gewoon niet helemaal proper. Borden en glazen aan het buffet 's morgens waren vuil - de vloer plakte helemaal van viezigheid. Douchestang viel van de houder terwijl mijn dochter onder de douchte stond, toen ik dit ging melden aan het onthaal waren ze al op de hoogte dat dit wel eens gebeurd, maar wordt er dus geen oplossing gezocht.

Würde gerne weiterempfehlen da Rezeptionisten TOP sind ansonsten eher weniger! Leider + So weit alles OK! Hotel Angestelte-Rezetption sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Zimmer groß! − Etwas überteuert, für die Lage wo sich das hotel befindet und Frühstück ziemlich lieblos. Etwas Gemüsse (Tomaten, Gurken, Paprika) wäre sehr angebracht, leider nur irgendein Gemüse-Käse Mix oder so ählich. das Brot zu trocken und ein paar andere Sachen ebenso mangelhaft. Auf jeden Fall für 4Sternen Hotel und das in Bihac ..... Fühstücksangebot echt zu arm! Echt schade! W-LAN extrem schwach, fürs arbeiten am Komputer ...... keine Chance! Duschkabine undicht. Der Wasserhahn im Bad wackelt in alle Richtungen.
