+ The suite was great. − The hotel has changed its operating method to self-check-in. The garage needs to be reserved in advance. There were not enough parking spaces.

+ Posizione centrale − La normale pulizia della camera che dovrebbe avvenire quotidianamente è da richiedersi ogni giorno. Saltato il primo giorno perche ignara della cosa, dopo successivarichiesta mattutina trovo nuovamente la camera non pulita perché dicono che la donna delle pulizie l’aveva dimenticato. In sintesi, su 4 notti solo una volta è sta rifatta la camera.

The woman who takes care of the rooms was very kind. − the cooling device is not working properly, bath room needs renovation, The water from the shower doesn't drain in the right place. The bathroom floor is covered in water all the time.

**Sauberes, komfortables Hotel in zentraler Lage mit kleinen Schwächen beim Service. + Das Zimmer war angenehm eingerichtet, sehr sauber und auch Bad und Bett waren in einem guten Zustand. Die Matratze war bequem und ich konnte ruhig und gut schlafen. Besonders positiv ist die zentrumsnahe Lage, und für 51,56 € bot das Zimmer insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. − Die Mitarbeiter der Nachmittagsschicht wirkten teilweise noch recht unerfahren und konnten einige Fragen nicht beantworten. Außerdem war für mich bei der Buchung nicht ausreichend ersichtlich, dass die Parkmöglichkeit in der Garage zusätzlich 15 € pro Tag kostet. Gemessen an einem Zimmerpreis von 51,56 € empfinde ich diese zusätzliche Parkgebühr als relativ hoch.

Très bon emplacement pour quelques jours à Sarajevo + Excellent emplacement, propre et personnel gentil. − Lits beaucoup trop mous, une journée sur les deux passés ici ont été sans eau chaude

+ Die Altstadt ist in 15 Minuten zufuss zu erreichen. − Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Es ist nicht!!! schallgedämmt uns sehr, sehr laut. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist reparaturbedürftig. Duschkopf sitzt nicht fest auf dem Schlauch. Wasser spritzt aus allen Seiten. Das Badezimmer ist dadurch unter Wasser. Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht. Wir haben die Mängel angezeigt. Wurden nicht behoben. Die Dame an der Rezeption erschien äußerst unmotiviert! Der junge Mann, der abends anwesend war, war sehr freundlich.
