We will not be returning in the future, as there are many better hotels in Banja Luka that offer a much higher standard − The shower cabin had no door, so water splashed all over the bathroom whenever we took a shower. The air conditioning in the room was not working, and the temperature inside reached 27°C. We informed the reception about the problem, but nothing was done to fix it. We also had to pay extra for the garage. To access it, we had to use a car lift, and every time we wanted to enter the garage, we had to ask the reception staff to call the lift for us. Sometimes we had to wait up to 30 minutes before someone came to operate it. In addition, other guests frequently parked their cars in front of the lift, which made it impossible for us to enter or exit the garage. Despite these issues, no action was taken by the hotel staff.
