+ فقط سمحو لي بالمغادرة الساعه 1ظ بدل الساعه 12 − الفرغه مزعجه أكثر مما تتخيل لا يوجد عازل صوت كانت الغرفه المجاوره فيها طفل لم استطيع النوم بسبب البكاء و ثاني يوم الغرف الأخري اسمع أصوات زوجه مع زوجها شي غير لايق نهاي غير مناسب للعائلات سوف تكون محرج كثيرا وقت الإفطار قصير جدا مع حجم النزلاء دايما يكون المطعم مزدحم ولا يوجد تنوع في الأكل

Pathetic negative 5 stars − Property is in red light area . Pathetic behavior by reception staff. I was with family i had to take my 6 bags to 5th floor all by myself . Smelly rooms . Air conditioning was not working . You can find many better option in this price . Dont waste your trip by booking alba .

Pleasant and Enjoyable Stay + We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the overall atmosphere was nice. We truly appreciated the hospitality and enjoyed our time in Baku. − Customer service could be improved, especially in the restaurant during weekends and busy periods. More attention, faster response, and better organization would make the guest experience much better.

+ צוות מקצועי וענו על כל בקשה שהייתה לנו סגרנו 2 חדרים ל5 אנשים ,המחיר פצצה ,ארוחת בוקר בסיסית ולא היה צורך ליותר ,אפילו שזה קצת במרחק מהמרכז העיר אבל היה לנו נהג פרטי ולפעמים השתמשנו במונית ממש היה שווה − לא היה דבר
