общее впечатление очень хорошее + Доброжелательность персонала, чистота. Фрукты в номере Тишина, звукоизоляция в номере. Перечень предоставляемых услуг. − В номере не было халата. Почему-то возникло непонимание с Wake Up call.

И все последующие сотрудники гостиницы так же во всем помогали. Вкусные завтраки , удобная локация, отзывчивый и улыбчивый персонал. Всем советую данную гостиницу !

Güzeldi. + Temizlik, Kahvaltı, Otel Konumu, Personel Hizmeti çok iyiydi. − Bakü'yü bilmediğim için havalimanından otele transfer için otelden bir araç göndermesini istedim. Onlarda havalimanına anlaşmalı oldukları bir şirketin aracını gönderdiler. Ben de otele geldiğimizde bu hizmet karşılığında hem araç sürücüsüne 20 manat hem de otele 40 manat ücret ödedim. Fakat Bakü'de kullanılan Bolt uygulamasıyla bir araç isteseydim, en fazla 15 manat vereceğimi gördüm. 15 manat yerine 60 manat ödemek hiç hoş olmadı. İnsan kendini kandırılmış hissediyor. Halbuki bu durum otel tarafından bilinen birşeydi. Otelin bu konudaki yönlendirmesini hiç beğenmedim. Bu durum otelin diğer tüm güzelliklerini kapatıyor. Bu durumun çözümü yönünde otel üst yöneticilerinin çözüm üretmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
