− There was mould in the shower and stains around the toilet , as shown in pictures absolutely disgusting. The rooms in general need a good clean unacceptable for a 5 star resort. Very disappointed

Overall the stay was good for families but expensive. + Breakfast has a wide variety and selection of food. Lagoon food service is fast, food is tasty at a reasonable price. Gym equipment is good and big. Family friendly for kids including console games, billiard (pool), outdoor chess pieces and swimming pools. The cabanas are well positioned to shield from the sun and yet give a good view of the surroundings. Room and bathroom is spacious and the hotel has free drinking water facilities / refill for guests. The rooms are cleaned every day. Reception area is huge with many seating areas available for guests (to chat, read a book, relax). − Furnishing shows wear and tear over time. Beware of mosquitoes outdoors and in restaurants even though it is the dry and cool season. Would be good if the swimming pools are heated during cooler months and are interconnected. The Feast / Deck served dinner at an overly priced and non-palatable food --> Food served in restaurants in the city …

Had a good time, would recommend + Amazing pool. Staff were very friendly. Close to golf course − Breakfast was very average for $50, shower towels were not replaced, room floor was not clean, ground floor door to courtyard was not locked.

+ Huge resort with lots of amenities and dining options. Service from all staff from reception, to valet to dining were all exceptional. Pool was great and we loved the delivery to the pool chairs. − Room was a little more dated than photos appeared, pool access room was access to more of a shallow lagoon so not as luxe as expected.

Un lieu magique + L’hôtel en lui même, son décor, sa piscine, son emplacement… − Il faudrait nettoyer davantage la piscine. Cela manque totalement d’animation. Ce n’est certes pas le club med mais nous aurions apprécié quelques animations comme de la musique live, le soir. Les conso sont chères.

It was good for the kids because of the pools and the weather we got but I wouldn’t go back to this hotel for this price + There are a lot of pools − The rooms are dated and not that clean. The blinds are very dusty and the bath looks yellow from wear and tear. For the price you are paying you’d expect a better room.

overall was lovely + friendly staff, beautiful pools and manicured gardens and great breakfast buffet − bathroom wasn't safe for people over 60 and children with shower in spa and step down from spa/shower. the shower wall tiles had green mould on them and spa had a green stain in it. the tiles were grimy and slippery at the same time

Great family getaway + Lovely resort. Huge pool lagoon area. We were told the hotel was 98% full, but it never felt like that, except maybe at breakfast when it was obviously busy. Great sun loungers, with shade available. Was great for the family holiday with little ones. Easy gentle access into pool at main beach area.. We were travelling with family and our rooms were placed in same block/corridor, which was great. Large selection of food at breakfast. Good service from lagoon Bar to your sun loungers. Nice beach walk into town. Had room service every day. The gym was also good. Friendly staff, shout out to George.. − A few stairs to navigate in places with a pram, but made do. Our bathroom, well bath was a little dated, though in the room the family we were travelling with was fine.
