Beautiful location, great staff, some minor maintenance issues + The villas were spacious and comfortable, there are multiple restaurant options, each with lots of different food choices to avoid repetitiveness across multiple days. The EV chargers were available when I needed them (but you do need your own charging cables). Even with three conferences on during my stay, they were reasonably well isolated and didn't affect each other. The event centre itself is good. Staff were very personable and helpful every time I needed them. − The bed felt like it may have been slightly damaged/poorly sprung, there was no soap of any kind in the bathroom, the air conditioner remote brackets were broken or ill-fitting, there's no daily housekeeping in the villas (made doubly annoying by having no toilet brush in the bathroom), the bedroom TV had multiple channels that didn't work and no TV guide function, plus the colour was all oversaturated and unnatural. + Location was good, and the facilities were good, although we were travelling and exploring most of the time − We booked a villa with two rooms. The living area was spacious and comfortable and was next to the golf course with a reasonable view. Both rooms had safety deposit boxes, but neither was working. We reported it and later fixed. The hot water also stopped working 3-4 times. After complaining, staff fixed it, only for the problem to occur again a few hours later. When we complained again, we were offered an upgrade, and we specifically asked for a similar apartment with a reasonable view. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the "upgraded" villa, it had a much smaller living space and had no view or privacy- it was truly a downgrade. Also, noticed it had not been properly cleaned. The carpets had used plaster and dirt on the floor, the dishwasher had not been emptied, and we felt the villa was offered half done . We were not sure whether the bathrooms had been properly saniti…

Perfect for everyone + Loved our stay here. Close to everything so driving was easy, we loved the breakfast!! So many options and stocked CONSTANTLY didnt have to wait for ages for coffee either.
