+ Excelente trato del personal, siempre atentos. Espacios amplios y cómodos. Acceso rápido desde la entrada a la ciudad. Vista espectacular 🙌🏻 desde los ventanales del hotel. − La calefacción en espacios comunes es demasiado fuerte. Espacio de estacionamiento sin techo y con suelo un poco irregular. Pocos toma corrientes en la habitación. Hoy en día, cada pasajero necesita un par de toma corrientes al lado de su cama. Se que les queda lejos de la cocina, pero servir el desayuno en la primera planta, viendo amanecer sobre la vista increíble del lago y el cerro sería un golazo!

+ El staff es muy amable, te aconsejan, te guían, y siempre con una sonrisa, nosotros llegamos y nos aconsejaron sobre donde rentar un auto, nos ofrecieron servicio de viandas para los tours que teníamos, el desayuno es muy rico y abundante, todo estuvo excelente

− Café da manhã é uma delícia! Só não entendi por que é necessário pagar um adicional pelos ovos e/ou outras proteínas. A distância é ok — fica a uns 6 km do centro. Não dá para fazer muita coisa por perto, mas compensa muito pela vista.
