Lovely hotel with very helpful, courteous staff. + The hotel was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff. − It is some way from the city but Palermo has a good atmosphere with plenty of bars and restaurants so it was not a significant problem. I would certainly come back.

Lovely little hotel with exceptional staff - no hesitation in staying there again. + The staff in particular were amazing. Every issue was dealt with courteously, professionally and speedily. We had two stays there with two days elsewhere in the middle. When we returned, they had already put our large case in our room. It might not seem much but was a detail that showed they were really thinking about us. Would have no hesitation staying there again. − The only issue with the hotel is that it is a long way from central BA. We found this offputting at first but then realised that there is a lot going on in Soho where the hotel is situated. It is also close to the tourist bus which goes into the centre added to which, taxis are cheap. So in fact it really isn't a problem.
