Ich bin zufrieden, und kann ich anderen auch dieser Hotel empfehlen. + Die Lage, war sehr gut. Direkt vorm Hotel gute Restutant und Ausstattung war voll zufriedenstellend. Ganz gut 👍😃 − Das Wasser im Zwimming pool war nicht ausreichend warm. Der Raum hat keine Fenster gehabt. Aber die Klima war okay. Mit ein Außenfenster wäre es vollständig.

+ Die Lage war perfekt, alles war zu Fuß zu erreichen! Wie haben uns sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer wurde täglich sauber gemacht!

Lovely hotel, would stay again for sure! + The room was specious, clean. The girl at reception was very kind and helpful and even though the card machine didnt work for my card she tried very hard to resolve it. I only stayed here one night but it was one of my favourite places on my trip. Would stay again for sure. − i honestly cant think of anything.

Cozy Hotel in a Great Location + Phoenix Boutique Hotel is a small and cozy hotel in the heart of Yerevan. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers different room sizes and categories. The location is excellent, with the city center and many great restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away. You can easily find some of the best restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The only minor downside was the swimming pool, which is quite small and the water was a little cold. − Unfortunately, we had a significant issue with payment. The hotel’s card reader was not working, so we could not pay with Visa or Mastercard and had to pay cash. Since we had booked three rooms, this was a considerable amount of money to carry and pay in cash. We had no problem using our cards anywhere else in Yerevan, so this was particularly inconvenient. For this reason, I gave the hotel 7 stars instead of 10. If you are planning to stay here, I strongly …
