Ugly place with nice stuff. Doesn’t worse the price. + The stuff was nice and helpful, and nothing else − Super old hotel, must be renovated. The AquaPark is super old too, looks creepy. The breakfast was discussing - outside in 30+ - the food looks awful, so we didn’t eat there. Location - far from the city center.

+ Огромный двухуровневый номер превзошел мои ожидания. Мебель довольно удобная. Завтрак был просто отличным! Большой ассортимент блюд. Все очень вкусно. Отношение персонала выше всяких похвал, девочки всегда готовы подсказать и придти на помощь. − Маленькие подушки. Хотелось бы указатели на завтрак.

+ Мне понравилось в этом отеле, только завтраки. − Не понравилось то , что отель не ухожен, "Котедж " в котором мы жили, кран постоянно ломался, чашки надбитые, невозможно и не приятно с них что-то пить. Уборка не происходила, а только дополнение туалетной бумаги, пакетиков чая, мыла, шампунь и кондиционер в маленьких пакетиках, в итоге я купила себе бутылку шампуня, нормального мыла и зубной пасты. Постельное белье не меняли и влажную уборку полов не производили. Даже раковину не протирали. А аквапарки это вообще ужас. Аквапарк внутри - это вода мутная в басейнах, большие горки не работают, да при этом сказали купить шапочку на голову, которая стоит 3000 бат. В итоге мы туда сходили 1 раз. Потом сходили на уличный аквапарк, там дно всех басейнов побитое, крашеное обычной краской , которая облазит и потом вся у тебя в купальнике. Сопли плавают рядом с тобой. Это ужас. На картинке всё красиво было но по факту кошмар. Не рекомендую этот отель!!!

+ Alles war perfekt, gutes Hotel in guter Lage. − Es war nicht so nett, dass es keinen direkten Eingang vom Hotel zum Wasserpark gab. Man musste eine lange Straße hinunterlaufen, um den Eingang zu finden. Mit Kindern war es nicht schön.

For the price I paid for the reservation, the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was very, very good. However, the l + The rooms were excellent, and the thing I liked most was the massage. It was reasonably priced and performed by a professional staff member. Also, the woman who works there kindly gave us the room one hour before the official check-in time − The breakfast was terrible. The salad was not fresh, and the variety of food was very poor. The staff at the hotel’s pool area were also not professional. Every half hour, they would close the sauna or shut down the jacuzzi, which was very inconvenien

الإقامة كانت موفقة بشكل عام + - الفاسالاتي كانت رائعة جدا خاصة بالنسبة للمسابح والجيم والأشياء الأخرى. - الفيلا كانت واسعة. − - التجهيزات الداخلية للفيلا قديمة وجزء منها مكسور او لا يعمل كالإضاءة والأسرة غير مريحة للنوم. - الفطور لم يصل إلى توقعاتي لناحية قلة الخيارات وتصرف بعض العمال بشكل غير لائق. - لا يوجد عامل للمساعدة في حمل الأغراض والحقائب مما اضطرننا لحملها بصعوبة على الدرج.

+ Отдыхали в этом отеле вчетвером. Остановились в номере с двумя спальнями и гостиной на втором этаже. Было очень комфортно, тихо. В проживание входит все Аква развлечения - закрытый бассейн с банным комплексом и открытый аквапарк. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый - все подсказывали и помогали, если что-то не понятно. По просьбе, без проблем меняли полотенца и все необходимое. Завтрак в целом пойдёт, чтобы подкрепиться. Есть усталость сантехники и в целом по ремонту номеров и зданий. Но нам все понравилось все равно. − В аквапарке платные ватрушки, для катания с горок. Это было странно.
