Nice room and restaurant + We stayed two nights at this hotel. Got a fairly big room high facing toward the road and the pool. The room was comfortable, with good shower, coffee maker etc. The AC was a bit slow. It would have been nice to enjoy the fresh air by keeping the balcony door open but the rather persistent and very loud noise from the main road made this impossible. The big hit and surprise was the impressive breakfast buffet. The dinner was also good. Staff were friendly and attentive, but it would have been useful if the front desk staff knew more about the region and could advice on hikes etc.

We loved it. + It was quiet and lovely at the middle of a very pleasant green woodland, not crowded with friendly and helpful staff, very polite. 2 swimming pools, billiard tables, ping pong tables and etc. − I almost liked everything except that they charged us for breakfast when we arrived because it was before our check in time, hotels usually don’t do that, and it wasn’t cheap, £42 for 2 person, and to be fair the breakfast was not worth £22 for a person.

+ The hotel has an excellent location, very good facilities, and a safe and comfortable environment. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very good experience. The only area that could be improved is the furniture, which is somewhat outdated and would benefit from renovation or replacement.

Great short stay in a beautiful location. + The hotel is lovely and the views are stunning. Everybody who works there is really friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast is great. − The road nearby is noisy. The facilities are somewhat strangely arranged. The grounds could be great but there are areas where they just dump all stuff, it’s a shame. The signed for the turning are hard to see from the road, especially at night. The lift in the new block is strange. Looks like a machine that was constructed locally. Needs to be replaced with a normal lift. The room doors are not fire proof.
